The last post from Nashville

We leave Nashville at 2:30 when Mommy gets done with her final session. Since Nashville is an hour behind, we lose an hour on the return trip home. We probably won't be home until around 8-9 our time and it looks like Dennis may dump a steady stream of rain on us.

Coop and I are just sitting in the room watching television. It's been nice these last couple of days. We have really gotten a good chance to bond. Mommy's almost always around so it's nice for the boys to get a chance to spend a lot of time together (and maybe I can prevent the Mama's boy thing from happening). Thankfully Cooper has gotten over his little bottle problem. He has no problem in getting down 6 ounces without getting too fussy.

He's being very vocal now, which is a hoot. He can just sit in his bouncy chair and talk and talk and talk, which is more than enough entertainment for him. Every now and then I'll step over there and say "What you talkin' about?" and he'll just laugh and smile.

He also likes the blanket game. I cover him from head to toe with his blanket and then pull it off quickly while yelling "Wee!". The "Wee!" seems to be the most important part, because he won't smile and laugh without it.

This morning.

Thank you! We think so, too. I'm pretty sure we've officially decided to keep the little guy.
