It was hard to find any pictures that I took tonight, where Cooper hadn't gotten some kind of liquid substance on himself, whether it was from his own making or not. He's slobbering or he's crying or he's spitting up or he's just spreading cereal all over himself with his hands. That was pretty much the way our evening went.
There's a basic law of gravity that we all know: Whatever goes up must come down.
And there's the corrollary I've discovered with babies: Whatever goes in must come out.
Face covered in a thin coat of rice cereal.
Something wet on his face. Perhaps a tear. Also there's some spitup on his outfit.
Finally cleaned up and asleep.

Happy 5 months Cooper! Wait till next month when you'll most likely experience the more exotic stage two foods...the colors, the scents, the bi-products...
